Delicious rum cake made with Jamaican rum, farm fresh eggs & creamy butter is an any time favorite. It’s a to-die-for-very-moist Bundt cake with 1/2 cup rum in the batter and another 1/2 cup in the buttery glaze. Yes, there’s a lot of rum in it, and it's definitely not for those avoiding alcohol. But the incredibly moist texture and rich flavor are deeply satisfying.
